Leads HPE’s SEC and internal management reporting, ensuring accurate and timely filings and supporting investor relations and external reporting processes.
What you'll do
- Oversee preparation and timely filing of Forms 10-Q and 10-K and other SEC filings.
- Support Investor Relations during earnings processes and the Security Analyst Meeting.
- Coordinate with auditors, Legal, FP&A, tax, business teams, and other partners; promote adherence to US GAAP and company policies.
