About the job
Administer and optimize Linux-based HPC systems for a federal customer, including on-site integration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support.
What you'll do
- Monitor and maintain Linux system availability, software and firmware revisions, patches, updates, and OS upgrades.
- Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, and third-party software issues; implement and document solutions and escalate when needed.
- Support customers and account teams, respond to system inquiries, and create and share technical documentation and procedures.
