Supports a federal data center by maintaining network infrastructure, handling installations and troubleshooting, monitoring systems, and resolving incidents to meet service levels.
What you'll do
- Maintain data center and internal system network equipment; assist with installations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Monitor IT infrastructure, respond to incidents based on severity and impact, and resolve technical issues or escalate when needed.
- Collaborate with customers and teams, mentor colleagues, and recommend operational efficiencies and best practices.

- Hands-on network engineering experience and Tier 2/3 experience with monitoring, network diagnostic, and network analytic tools.
