Supports a federal data center by maintaining network and system infrastructure, managing incidents, and carrying out installations, troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintenance.
What you'll do
- Maintain data center and internal system network equipment; assist with installations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Monitor infrastructure and respond to incidents according to severity, impact, and service-level requirements.
- Resolve technical incidents, escalate when needed, and advise or mentor team members and customers.
