Provides senior technical architecture leadership for strategic HPE Campus & Branch opportunities, customer issues, and field enablement.
What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery, architecture design, proofs of concept, migration planning, and validation for complex customer opportunities.
- Architect Campus & Branch solutions and support customer escalations, including technical reviews, remediation, and recovery planning.
- Mentor field teams, develop reusable architecture guidance and training, and communicate field feedback to Product Management and Engineering.
