About the job
Performs hands-on hardware qualification, testing, troubleshooting, and failure analysis for HPE platforms and components.
What you'll do
- Prototype, benchmark, and test hardware; prepare qualification reports and document failures.
- Troubleshoot hardware appliances and components, including PCBA-level issues, and investigate returned units.
- Manage assigned JIRA bugs and support reliability testing, system configuration, and OS, firmware, and driver installation.

- Proficient with soldering through-hole and SMT.

Nice to have
- Familiarity with embedded x86, chipset, PCIe, SATA/NVMe, networking technologies, and system architecture with hands-on troubleshooting/testing.
- Working knowledge of software troubleshooting in a Linux environment; some mechanical knowledge.

USD 81,400 - 164,400 annual base salary
