Provides HPC Linux system administration and customer technology support, maintaining system health, security, availability, and hardware at a customer site.
What you'll do
- Monitor HPC compute, network, and storage systems; troubleshoot issues and respond to client tickets and support cases.
- Plan and perform monthly patching and six-month kernel upgrades, maintain security posture and availability reports, and assist with application installations.
- Support hardware repairs and installations, document cases and parts, and participate in on-call coverage.
