Provides hands-on onsite technical and service-delivery leadership for HPE HPC and AI systems at Los Alamos National Laboratory, coordinating operations, incidents, maintenance, and technical teams.
What you'll do
- Set technical priorities, coordinate onsite and remote resources, mentor team members, and oversee service delivery.
- Coordinate maintenance, upgrades, installations, escalations, major incidents, and follow-up root-cause analysis.
- Troubleshoot Linux, HPC infrastructure, and enterprise server hardware; maintain operational documentation and readiness.
