Manages service delivery and technical field teams across multiple customer sites, overseeing operations, escalations, customer relationships, and team performance.
What you'll do
- Plan and monitor on-site team operations, manage customer and field escalations, and address risks to SLAs and customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer, sales, and stakeholder relationships; visit team and customer sites (approximately 35% travel).
