About the job
Provides Level 3 customer support for HPE's Cray Programming Environment, resolving software issues and coordinating with HPE engineering and external vendors.
What you'll do
- Analyze, reproduce, isolate, and resolve customer issues; provide final resolutions or workarounds where possible.
- Escalate unresolved issues to HPE R&D or programming tool partners, tracking them through closure.
- Perform selected pre-release testing and document issue handling and customer communications.
