Maintains and repairs customer HPC hardware systems, supports installations and acceptance testing, and manages service cases and availability.
What you'll do
- Monitor HPC compute, network, and storage health; perform hardware diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Support new system installations and customer acceptance testing; manage support cases, parts inventory, and SLA availability reporting.
- Provide scheduled on-call coverage, collaborate with customers and teammates, and mentor junior team members.
