What you'll do
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering throughout planning, design, development, and release to embed supportability requirements.
- Define supportability standards and governance, and lead initiatives in support readiness, automation, diagnostics, self-service, and operational intelligence.
- Coordinate with support and engineering teams to address serviceability gaps and develop tooling, data insights, knowledge, and workflow automation.
