What you'll do
- Lead process improvement projects from discovery through value realization, including workshops, root cause analysis, process redesign, and business cases.
- Apply process engineering methods and tools, establish sustainable controls and standards, and use process mining, analytics, automation, and AI to improve projects.
- Influence stakeholders, mentor colleagues, and provide Yellow Belt and Green Belt training to build process excellence capability.
