About the job
Performs optical transceiver hardware testing and sustaining engineering, including specification, verification, qualification, and integration across HPE networking platforms.
What you'll do
- Develop optical/electrical transceiver and cable specifications, test plans, and automated testing and reporting.
- Build test stations and conduct characterization and qualification testing; support optics failure analysis and third-party interoperability.
- Coordinate optics integration with suppliers and HPE engineering teams across routing, switching, and security systems.
