Principal AI Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop, evaluate, and deploy machine-learning models and algorithms; design scalable, reliable AI system architectures.
• Lead research, design reviews, and continuous improvement; guide and mentor engineers and collaborate across teams.
• Translate customer requirements into AI solutions and communicate technical strategies and business impact to stakeholders.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in a listed or closely related quantitative discipline.
• 8 + years experience in AI and Machine Learning.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++; experience implementing and deploying machine-learning algorithms.
• Knowledge of machine-learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or sci-kit.

Nice to have

• Expertise in deep-learning techniques, architectures, and frameworks such as CNN, RNN, and GAN.
• Experience leading AI research initiatives, publishing research, contributing to open-source projects, or mentoring engineers.
