Leads a regional team selling HPE Data Protection and Cyber Resilience solutions to achieve revenue targets, develop accounts, and grow partner relationships.

- Set regional growth strategies, manage forecasts and pipeline, and deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Recruit, coach, and lead Specialist Account Executives; support strategic deals, proposals, and customer relationships.
- Collaborate with HPE teams and Channel and Alliance partners to expand solution reach.
