Provides on-site post-sales support for Juniper Networks systems at Charter Communications, troubleshooting and improving large-scale service provider networks and helping automate operations.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot network and platform issues, manage Juniper JTAC cases, and support critical incidents and outages.
- Advise on network design, upgrades, health, and operational best practices; train customer teams.
- Build and support Python automation, diagnostic procedures, and related documentation.
