About the job
Provides onsite technical expertise and support for customer Service Provider networks, including design, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and automation.
What you'll do
- Act as the customer’s primary technical contact for network support, break/fix diagnosis, and Junos configuration and design guidance.
- Test and certify software features and hardware, review designs for standards compliance, and contribute to engineering projects and automation.
- Build customer and internal relationships, provide engineering leadership, and mentor junior staff.
