About the job
Provides onsite customer network engineering support for HPE Juniper products, including design, troubleshooting, testing, automation, and service restoration.
What you'll do
- Support network design, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, best practices, and automation for HPE products.
- Provide break/fix technical support and advise customers on Junos configurations and network design.
- Review designs, contribute to engineering projects, drive technology integration, and mentor junior staff.
