About the job
Provides onsite post-sales network design, testing, implementation planning, troubleshooting, and operational support for HPE Juniper products in a customer’s service-provider network.
What you'll do
- Support network design, lab testing, software validation, and implementation plans for Juniper routing products.
- Troubleshoot network and equipment issues, manage JTAC cases, and support the customer’s production environment.
- Develop procedures and standards, conduct customer workshops and training, and report project and network status.

- JUNOS CLI experience and large-scale experience with MX, PTX, and ACX routing devices.
