Provides daily, customer-facing technical support for network deployments, troubleshooting and repairing issues to restore service and prevent future problems.
What you'll do
- Diagnose customer network issues across configuration, network, hardware, and software; restore service and resolve them.
- Support technical escalations and coordinate with customer, Global Services, and Network Engineering teams on fixes, patches, or workarounds.
- Maintain technical skills and contribute to technical documentation and product reliability improvements.
