What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end leasing operations and a 60+ person organization, including origination, servicing, collections, portfolio administration, and asset returns.
- Modernize platforms and processes, define the future-state operating model, and lead technology-enabled transformation while maintaining business continuity.
- Manage operational performance, customer escalations, governance, budgets, talent development, and collaboration with global and cross-functional teams.
