What you'll do
- Plan network deployments, develop implementation plans, and test solutions with customers and engineering teams.
- Serve as the customer’s primary contact for operational issues, including troubleshooting and coordinating resolutions with JTAC.
- Provide case updates, root-cause analysis, documentation, briefings, and training.
