Supports Juniper MX and Routing Director platforms in a large-scale service provider environment, helping plan deployments, implement and test solutions, and resolve customer network issues.
What you'll do
- Plan network deployments, develop implementation plans, and test solutions with customer and engineering teams.
- Serve as the customer’s primary operational contact, troubleshooting network and equipment issues and coordinating JTAC cases through resolution.
- Provide clear case updates and root cause analysis, and support technology briefings and training.
