What you'll do
- Lead mechanical development across product programs, including hands-on design reviews, testing, failure analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Set mechanical standards and technical direction; coordinate cross-functional teams, suppliers, and risk mitigation.
- Support product specifications, validation, manufacturing readiness, customer escalations, and engineer development.
