About the job
Leads cross-functional Services Engineering programs to embed supportability, serviceability, telemetry, automation, and AI into HPE offerings and improve service delivery and customer outcomes.
What you'll do
- Define supportability and serviceability processes, operating models, and responsibilities; coordinate requirements across teams.
- Lead technical programs for cost optimization, automation, telemetry, data, AI, and customer experience improvements.
- Manage senior stakeholders and global project teams, generally with more than 20 resources across multiple countries.
