Provides technical presales expertise for storage solutions, translating customer needs into architectures and proposals and supporting sales through implementation handoff.
What you'll do
- Assess customer infrastructure and technical needs; design solutions, alternatives, and implementation views.
- Partner with account teams to present solution value, address competition, and grow customer accounts and sales opportunities.
- Maintain pipeline information and facilitate the transition from sales to implementation.
