Supports HPR customers by troubleshooting complex technical problems with its electronic trading and capital markets products, delivering training, and feeding customer insights back to product development.
What you'll do
- Resolve customer technical issues and respond to inquiries by phone, email, and web.
- Develop product expertise and provide customer training and education.
- Share lessons from customer interactions and evaluations with product development and application engineering teams.
