Build and deploy AI infrastructure, models, agents, and safeguards that improve research, software development, and other workflows across HRT.
What you'll do
- Build infrastructure, research environments, evaluation systems, and experimentation platforms for AI models and agents.
- Improve AI capabilities through post-training, reinforcement learning, prompting, tool design, and workflow optimization; develop safeguards for autonomous systems.
- Partner with HRT teams to identify and operationalize AI solutions, evaluate models and tools, and share technical practices.
