Build and scale HRT’s campus talent strategy by developing university relationships, sourcing students, and leading recruiting events and engagement.
What you'll do
- Develop campus strategies and relationships with universities, faculty, career centers, and student organizations.
- Plan and execute campus recruiting events, from strategy and registration through follow-up.
- Source and engage students through talent mapping, personalized outreach, and ongoing campaigns; represent HRT at campus events.

- 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting, with strong exposure to technical hiring in tech and/or quantitative finance.
- Experience planning and executing recruiting and networking events, and creating and executing student sourcing strategies.
