About the job
Own and mature HRT’s iOS and Android mobile device program, including enrollment, app distribution, security, compliance, automation, and retirement.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain a managed mobile experience; troubleshoot and escalate mobile endpoint, security, and deployment issues.
- Investigate recurring problems, implement long-term fixes, and document solutions.
- Research and implement technical best practices, and educate users on effective tools and workflows.
