What you'll do
- Assess immigration eligibility and options, develop case strategies, and advise employees and managers.
- Prepare and file employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions and applications.
- Track visa expirations and filing deadlines, audit status documents, and manage immigration compliance tasks.
