Supports HRT’s FX post-trade operations by reconciling trades, positions, cash and PnL, resolving discrepancies, and improving operational workflows and systems.
What you'll do
- Resolve daily trade, position and cash discrepancies with counterparties and internal stakeholders, including reconciling PnL breaks.
- Improve and document workflows, and onboard new trading into existing systems and platforms.
- Research and process corporate actions and maintain commission structures across markets.

- Working knowledge of FX products, trade lifecycles and settlement processes.
- Hands-on Python experience for data analysis, workflow automation and operational tooling in a Linux environment.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
