Recruits PhD candidates and research talent by building relationships, managing hiring pipelines, and leading candidates through the offer and closing process.
What you'll do
- Source and cultivate relationships with PhD candidates, research labs, and industry researchers; represent HRT at academic and industry events.
- Manage inbound and outbound recruiting, provide a personalized candidate experience, and own offers and negotiations.
- Improve recruiting processes and partner with Recruiting Coordinators to streamline interviews.
