Own the operational work that helps Hyperbolic’s GTM team close deals and support customers, from contracts and CRM upkeep to invoicing coordination.
What you'll do
- Track contracts, prepare quotes and order forms, and maintain CRM data quality.
- Follow up with customers, route support issues to engineers, and track them to resolution.
- Coordinate invoicing and prepare for customer meetings.
