What you'll do
- Lead pre-sale discovery of customers’ accounting workflows, ERP configurations, close processes, and requirements.
- Design, configure, and support pilots and implementations of Hyphenate solutions, prioritizing accuracy, reconciliations, and audit readiness.
- Advise Product and Engineering on accounting logic and customer patterns; help develop discovery and implementation playbooks.
