What you'll do
- Lead pre-sale discovery of customers’ accounting workflows, ERP configurations, close processes, and policies; help scope solutions and pricing.
- Design and configure Hyphenate solutions, and support pilots and implementations focused on accuracy, reconciliation integrity, and audit readiness.
- Advise Product and Engineering on accounting logic, edge cases, customer patterns, and implementation playbooks.
