Work directly with Hyphenate’s founders to understand finance customers, support business decisions, build internal tools and analyses, and develop the company’s market category.
What you'll do
- Learn finance workflows through customer calls, visits, implementations, and support; synthesize customer feedback.
- Analyze markets, competitors, pricing, and ROI; prepare decision memos and board materials.
- Build and launch tools, dashboards, events, research, and customer-facing content.
