What you'll do
- Hire, coach, develop, and manage the Engagement Manager team; allocate projects and accounts.
- Oversee enterprise implementations and escalations, and own portfolio delivery, account health, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Improve delivery processes and templates, coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Solution Architects, and report status and risks to leadership.

- 5+ years in engagement management, implementation, professional services, or client-facing project management, with a record of delivering enterprise projects.
- 2+ years directly managing engagement, implementation, or project managers in a B2B SaaS environment.
