What you'll do
- Oversee warranty system functionality, policy updates, maintenance, and enhancements across AS400 and WEBDCS.
- Lead warranty system IT projects through the project lifecycle, including requirements, design approvals, testing, implementation, and status reporting.
- Coordinate with business groups, IT, regional personnel, HAEA, and vendors to resolve system issues and support continuous improvement.
