What you'll do
- Set the analytics roadmap and lead predictive modeling, root-cause analysis, and experimentation across VOC, customer care, and product quality.
- Apply text analytics and GenAI to unstructured customer data, and partner with Data Engineering to integrate models into reporting solutions.
- Present actionable insights to senior leadership and lead data scientists and analysts.
