What you'll do
- Develop and deliver user training, including curricula, job aids, and instructional materials.
- Plan and execute change management for system upgrades, enhancements, releases, and process updates.
- Measure training effectiveness and adoption, refine materials based on feedback and performance data, and contribute training content to user documentation.
