About the job

Develops mass spectrometry-based assays and bioanalytical workflows that support hit identification, compound characterization, and AI-driven drug discovery.

What you'll do

  • Develop MS-based HitID screening workflows, including ASMS, and develop bioanalytical, biochemical, ADME/DMPK, and physicochemical property assays.
  • Optimize LC-MS/MS methods and automated, high-throughput workflows; support MS/LC-MS instrumentation and laboratory automation.
  • Generate high-quality data and collaborate across research teams to inform compound design and optimization.

What they ask for

  • Strong foundation in mass spectrometry, bioanalytical science, and assay development, preferably with hands-on LC-MS/MS experience.
  • Demonstrated experience developing, optimizing, and troubleshooting bioanalytical, biochemical, or screening assays.
  • Strong understanding of quantitative assay design, experimental controls, data quality, and troubleshooting.
  • Ph.D. in a relevant discipline with approximately 0–5 years of relevant experience, or an M.S. with significant relevant industry experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience with MS-based screening or HitID, including ASMS or related technologies.
  • Experience with ADME/DMPK or physicochemical property assays, MS/LC-MS platforms, laboratory automation, or high-throughput experimentation.
