About the job
Partners with Discovery R&D teams to plan and forecast spending, build financial models and budgets, and provide analysis that supports strategic decisions across internal and partnered programs.
What you'll do
- Lead annual planning, mid-year reforecasting, and quarterly budget-to-actual reviews for Discovery groups.
- Develop financial models, budgets, and headcount plans; provide leadership with financial insights and scenario analysis.
- Build program budgets for business development and collaborate with Accounting on close activities and accruals.
