Data Scientist, Strategic Partner Analytics

What you'll do

• Build, retrain, tune, deploy, and monitor production models and feature pipelines; manage weekly operations and budget thresholds.
• Design and analyze A/B tests and holdouts, and analyze saver behavior to improve models and marketing programs.
• Report model performance and business impact, and collaborate with engineering and Marketing partners on data and team best practices.

What they ask for

• 2+ years of progressive professional experience in data science, machine learning, statistics, data analysis, or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a similar field.
• Deep Python (pandas, scikit-learn) and SQL skills; hands-on experience building and evaluating machine learning and statistical models.
• Working knowledge of experimentation and causal inference; production model deployment or maintenance experience, using Git and an orchestration tool such as Airflow or Databricks Jobs.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree.
• Spark or PySpark; uplift or heterogeneous treatment effect modeling; model monitoring and drift detection; or experience with marketing incentives, promotions, loyalty, or retention programs.

Pay

$110,000 - $130,000 USD base salary
