Manages and grows an assigned client portfolio by supporting relationships, platform adoption, retention, and strategic account initiatives.
What you'll do
- Manage client relationships, conduct regular meetings and business reviews, and maintain account plans and records.
- Support onboarding, implementation, training, and platform adoption; analyze account health and recommend actions.
- Coordinate internally to resolve client issues and support retention, expansion, and renewal discussions.
