About the job
Supports the management and growth of iCapital’s annuities platform by serving clients and partners, analyzing data, and coordinating platform operations and strategy.
What you'll do
- Manage annuity client relationships, address platform issues, and train internal and external partners.
- Maintain and analyze platform and partner data; prepare presentations and support measurement of business results.
- Coordinate strategy, projects, process improvements, compliance, and platform needs with cross-functional teams.
