Leads client delivery for iCapital’s broker-dealer annuities platform, overseeing implementations, ongoing service, teams, and strategic client relationships.
What you'll do
- Lead Client Delivery leaders and teams across client onboarding, implementations, and ongoing delivery.
- Oversee delivery performance, governance, escalations, project recovery, and executive client relationships.
- Partner across functions to improve delivery operations, implementation processes, and client experience.
