Implements, tests, and supports business-rule configurations in FireLight® for accurate and compliant financial product applications.
What you'll do
- Configure and maintain FireLight® business rules and components, including Role Codes, Review Queues, Needs Determination, and mappings.
- Participate in the SDLC, including requirements understanding, testing, deployment support, and Tier 2 production troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve issues, support deployments, and use AI tools to accelerate rule creation, testing, and investigation.
