Oversees private equity fund accounting and administration processes, coordinating with third-party administrators, clients, and internal teams on valuations, reporting, and investor activity.
What you'll do
- Review quarterly valuations, accounting entries, expenses, investor allocations, fees, capital calls, and distributions prepared by third-party administrators.
- Reconcile accounting data, resolve discrepancies, monitor compliance with partnership agreements, and review annual financial statements under US GAAP.
- Coordinate with fund managers and other parties, and handle ad hoc requests.
